RFP for Engineering, Planning, and Technical Support Services

RCUH on behalf of the Hawaii Disaster Recovery Assistance Workgroup (Hi-DRAW) is soliciting proposals for Engineering, Planning, and Technical Support Services from qualified service providers, to include all labor, material and equipment and other services necessary to assist in the rehabilitation and recovery of the areas affected by the April 2018 Flood per the requirements as stated in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP)/Statement of Work (SOW).
